| I want to take a moment to recognize an extraordinary manager Niha who worked at this store location few weeks back. During a very difficult and critical moment for me, she went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from someone in her position. She made sure I was safe, called a cab for me, and even gave me a bottle of water from her own vehicle while ensuring I was taken care of before leaving the store. What touched me the most was her genuine humanity and kindness. She treated people not just as customers, but as human beings who mattered. Her actions reflected the true values any company would hope their leaders represent. I recently learned that she is no longer with the company due to the issues with the management, and honestly, it broke my heart. I More than 20 people I personally know chose to bring their business to this store specifically because of her leadership, professionalism, and the welcoming environment she has created.Managers like her don't just run a store they build trust, loyalty, and community around a brand. She maintained the company's image with integrity, compassion, and dedication every single day, it is truly sad to see that someone who represented your company brand with such humanity and excellence is no longer part of the organization.
