| If I could leave a 0 star review I absolutely would. I visited the Torbay Rd location today for first time, I've never made a purchase with Oceanic before and I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I have emailed the company to express my concerns but I want to ensure that any potential future customers understand the faulty products Oceanic is selling with the poor return policy for said products. I was sold on an all in one vape "SEAWEED" that needs functionality fixes in order to operate it and when the product ultimately did not work because it has manufacturing issues and tasted like burnt coils, I tried to return the product (only 3 minutes after purchasing) and was told that I could not return or exchange the product. Instead that the product needs to be sent out to be tested and then the head office will determine how to proceed. When I asked to speak with a manager I was refused to speak with anyone other than the salesperson, so I left with no product and no refund. I can say with 100% certainty that I will not purchase any product from this business now or ever again. Just be cautious as it is a gamble to purchase products from this company and that you may just be flushing your money down the toilet. | ||
