Absolutely terrible experience! I got many items from there for the first time and spent about $150. I purchased an item(vape) from there and it didnt work- no changes re: THC but a terrible headache! I tried it again since I wanted to ensure im not pre-judging the item and the same thing happened again! No THC felt but headache again! I brought it back with the receipt and explained the issue and the staff just ignored what i said and asked the "manager" - since they dont know how to deal with an issue apparently, the "manager" told me rudely that they don't care about my issue and they don't return it cause there is not anything wrong physically with it! Terrible and extreamly ignorant manager and staff! Someone needs to teach them customer satisfaction in business, which brings back more customers and how to be civilised! Never go back there again! And i recommend you to get your items from anywhere but here!!! If I could give them (-5 stars) I definitely would have!
