| RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and borderline DISCRIMINATION! Arrogant and Uneducated Staff! Swearing at me. Dismissing and Gaslighting me saying it's 9am in the morning and that she makes min. wage. There were two employees, one with Bird sleeve tattoo on her right arm, and the other has black hair and glasses. Both were extremely rude and unhelpful and in my opinion, shouldn't be working at this establishment! When I called the employee out for being rude to me, one walked away and the other began to berate me and engage with another customer and all ganged up on me, saying I was rude and calling me names and swearing at me! I was just simply looking for Organic products which I have bought many times before recently and over the years but they couldn't/wouldn't help me find it. Even when I asked them to look it up, they told me to look it up. They also said I needed the Elitists Membership to buy a certain kind of cannabis when that wasn't true. But that's not the case, as I could buy it at the base membership with a lesser discount. Low and behold, I saw what I was looking for, and when I found it, they tried to deny me service amongst telling me all of the above details. This just happened today on Fri, Aug 28 9:03am for reference! I was just on a flight back from Hollywood leaving at 11:30pm and arriving in Buffalo at 7:30am our time, and crossing the border to go home and this is how they started my day.
