| I ordered from this website almost a week ago. I made payment for the requested amount through e-transfer. Shortly after, I received a personalized email from "Mike" saying that the order didn't go through. I went back into my account and sure enough all of the items were still in my shopping cart. When I looked at the history though, it appears that the first one went through AND they accepted my etransfer! So the money is gone and I have tried to connect with this business 3 times on chat and once on email, to no avail. I don't know if this is a scam business or not. There seem to be a lot of good reviews. I hope someone from the business sees this and looks at their emails to review what has happened. Not to mention that I need these products as I have an auto immune disease! Not impressed. | ||
