The store is clean, spacious, and stocked with a wide array of useful and related accessories. The main product is not displayed in cabinets like it is in the city.
It's also not a "chat about options with the staff" kinda store, if that's how you choose your product in absence of being able to walk around and read packages. (To be clear- we usually only ask for recommendations from staff about their picks/what's popular. NOT long, drawn out conversations about Rush.)
We were greeted upon entering, and immediately directed to "self serve" with a vague gesture. When my fiance tried to ask a question he was redirected to the tablet at the end of the counter.
After said tablet failed to respond to our poking and ministrations- the male staff member came, turned it on, and quickly walked away. We completed the order in about five minutes, with the program being only mildly annoying to navigate for us as gen-Xrs. We lightly told the female staff member we hoped we did it correctly, and were tersely told "I'm just dealing with a drive through order and will get to yours in a minute." (We weren't in a rush, we have just never shopped here before and were letting her know.)
Not the end of the world, just a different experience than we're used to with other jazz cabbage stores. I'm sure it's annoying dealing with clueless out of towners, but we try to be friendly and appreciative of local's patience
The product was great! And we'll absolutely go back. I anticipate it w ..
