| I visited this location because I previously had great experiences at their Toronto and Niagara Falls branches. However, the staff member here refused to even look at my passport, claiming they don't accept foreign IDs due to "store policy." This contradicts Canadian law, which recognizes international passports as valid identification, and my experience just days ago in Niagara Falls where it was accepted without issue. Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. If you are a tourist or foreigner, avoid this place; they will waste your time and refuse service. | ||
