| This is my first review of a Cannabis spot. I'm a business travel guy, but this is my local (best coffee shop across the street). There is a dynamic duo. An Indian no-nonsense manager type who knows EVERY product and a kind of hippie long-nails peer who can turn my confused (new to cannabis) rantings into product recommendations. They are patient with me. A couple times the new products they have helped me try, helped facilitate great personal triumphs in healing usage. Safe, affordable, good advice. But um the BIG thing too - their rewards program is a package collection whose points take off $ cash $ from my bill. It makes a difference, that's the Value! I feel welcome here, it used to be the best coffee shop in the Annex for a long time. It's nice to see some great service still in the space. | ||

| Is this the most beautiful Cannabis shop in Canada? In Vancouver? I've visited Factories just to see their #pneumatictubes ? The aesthetic is pretty damn nice and attracted me as a new-to-Cannabis overly religious person. Their advice was helpful and the menu kiosks allow for great browsing. One day there will be Weed for sale IN Art Galleries ( I visit all when I'm in town)….until then, visit one that has the same atmosphere but without the snobbery. Not from around here, had a warm and wonderful visit. 10/10 💚 | ||
