| I asked for live rosin dude sold me live resin and said it was the same thing. Then I told him live rosin is solventless stripped from fresh frozen plants and live resin is a lower quality chemical process. Then argued with me and was getting upset and kept saying I was wrong. Which by the way it's packaged even said said cured live resin lol. Which is what? No longer live lol it was brown and milky and looked super low quality. Live resin is a solvent based product. It should be 20$ a gram not 40 for this low quality. I'm happy he at least returned it. Since it was his fault for misunderstanding me completely. Lol Please train your staff it's embarrassing. | ||

| I sue to enjoy this place. But all of the rosin has gone up like 10$ a gram here. While pink flamingo and other stores have the exact same thing for cheaper than the original price. Sorry k can't come back here ever again unless you got mad discounts. Goodluck trying to rip off your customer base. | ||

| Low quality information from the staff. They can't handle being asked a couple questions. They sold me a battery that literally burns the cart. All modes and the pre heat destroy the cartridge… I told them I only use rosin and resin and the more Ron's here don't even know that you need low voltage for the carts to be used correctly?? How you guys selling weed and cannabis products without knowing what they do and what you need for each product to work? Lol Haha a cart that requires 1.8v will not work correctly with a battery that's lowest setting is 2.4v. "Oh it will!" "It vapours but might not be to your liking".. Lol The high temp messed up the terps and other compounds so the synergistic effects are not there. Making it taste like burnt popcorn and getting no high.. just a crappy low quality headache distillate garbage high… I don't buy 20-30$ cartridges I get the high quality stuff. I guess the workers never experienced any of this or even know of any of the factual info I stated? Low temp dabs if anyone knows… knows that I know my shit. Viscosity and terps present are factors that go into choosing what temp/voltage for the concentrate/510 being consumed. Or… the more likely scenario… They are aware of these ideas, taking advantage of those that don't know any better.. Scammers and only care to make as much profit as possible…. Greedy low quality people. They don't even care they made excuses with everything i said. Just to protect the store from being bu .. | ||
