| I came in with a tough ball-knowledge question about product, and whether there was something like what I had been looking for. The budtender was honest and said she wasn't sure, but she hadn't heard of anything out at the moment that fit the bill. Instead of leaving it unanswered she took the time to look online and see for certain, and as it turns out there wasn't a product similar to what I had been curious to find. Overall the staff member did wonderful in meeting my question with honesty and providing an answer. She recommended something close enough, and I was happy with her suggestion. It wasn't overly salesy, and was a straightforward no hassle interaction. Everything you need as a frequent flyer. | ||
