| I had a terrible experience with this seller. Initially, they offered home delivery, but after confirming the details, they told me I had to go to the store to pick it up, which was a huge contradiction. The worst part was the seller's attitude, who laughed at me when I expressed my frustration. Furthermore, even though I clearly explained my situation and asked for a refund, they flatly refused and did nothing to help me. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service left me very dissatisfied. I definitely do not recommend this seller, as they are not only inconsistent in their offerings but also lack respect for their customers. | ||
