I want to buy my sister a gift and say that and she tells me she can no longer sell that particular oz to me because she can't ID my sister.
But if I'm buying for myself ANYTHING else- okay.
Just don't admit it's for someone else in front of this lady.
Good grief. Get a life
Okay. Taking my business elsewhere.

I've experienced some hiccups with pre-orders online however they have handled the situations well, respectful and in a timely manner with kindness.
Thank you Naman!

Always a great experience with quick service!!
The only thing I'd comment on to improve is perhaps lighten the room scent thing... it's always so strong and overwhelming to someone who minimizes scents, I can smell the place on myself from a 2 minute visit and the bag for up to half an hour after leaving.
But I get trying to cover up the typical cannabis smell.
