| Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026 Time: Approximately 1:00 PM I had a very disappointing experience at the front counter on this date and time. The male employee who assisted me provided poor customer service and was unhelpful throughout the interaction. I specifically asked for a certain type of product, but was instead sold something completely different from what I requested. The product given to me was from a bag that was already sitting out, and it is not something I have ever purchased before. When I questioned this, the employee incorrectly insisted that I had bought it previously, which is not accurate. I expect staff to be knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to guide customers based on their questions and preferences. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed and dismissive, and I left feeling misled rather than helped. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the level of service they deserve. | ||
