| During my last visit to this location, I purchased 2 out of 3 items that turned out to be incorrect. This happened because a staff member, who lacked knowledge about THC oil potency and 510 vape products, gave me false information. I trusted their advice, which was entirely wrong, leading to wasted time and money. | ||

| Stopped by this location for the first time this afternoon, though I'm a regular at Canna Cabana. The person who assisted me was very helpful, and I ended up findings some of what I needed. My issue is with the limited options for sativa oil in 30ml vials—there seem to be only two options across nearly five locations downtown. I understand it's rarely purchased, but it would be really helpful if we could request to have an order placed, should this become an option. | ||

| I specifically come to this location, even though it's not on my way. I've been here before. This time the cashier was helpful, though one staff member was not. The store offers plenty of options but needs better labeling. Items are behind glass and too far back to read the small font on product packaging. Having display labels would help, like grouping sativa, indica, and blends together would also make it easier. To my surprise, the prices are almost the same as OCS, and I don't have to wait 2-3 days for delivery. I would have bought other items, but I forgot my glasses. | ||

| I am dissatisfied with the company's inability to back their product and offer satisfactory customer service. Upon purchasing their product, I found its potency to be subpar and significantly lower than the advertised percentages on their packages. This discrepancy is misleading and highlights a lack of accountability on their part. It's disappointing that they don't uphold the quality they claim for their products, and the absence of a proactive response adds to my dissatisfaction. | ||
