Went into Canna Cabana the other day looking for a couple of specific products. Kyla was helping me, and even though she didn't have exactly what I was looking for, she took the time to show me several great alternatives.
For the second item, Kyla wasn't completely sure about the product, and instead of guessing, she was honest and referred me to Emily, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed.
That kind of honesty and teamwork says a lot. It showed me they care more about making sure customers get the right product than simply making a sale. Both Kyla and Emily provided excellent customer service, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. Best cannabis store, hands down!
