I am writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from a staff member at Fire & Flower in Willowgrove. Upon noticing a $9 discrepancy between the advertised price of $55 and the actual cost of $64 at checkout, I brought it to the employee's attention. Unfortunately, the employee responded unprofessionally, making derogatory remarks and displaying condescension. When I requested her name, she declined, stating she was off the clock and not obligated to provide it. The employee's demeanor was unacceptable, particularly given my concerns about potential false advertising regarding cannabis products. I chose to politely end the interaction after documenting the incident and exchanging words. However, I am disappointed in the manner in which I was treated and concerned about the customer service standards. While I understand employees can have bad days, taking it out on customers is inexcusable. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at this location, which has been my preferred dispensary for years and typically provides excellent service during my daytime visits.
