| Purchased a cartridge and battery pen. Pen wouldn't turn on so went back in to ask for assistance and was told "well I don't know I don't vape" and "well did you read the instructions" yes we sure did but now made to feel stupid was not the kind of assistance we were hoping for. Terribly rude demeanour and not a good experience at this location. | ||
