| This store is extremely unreliable and honestly a waste of time to visit. This hasn't just been happening over the past month . it's been an ongoing issue for several months now. Many times I've come here and the store is simply closed when it's supposed to be open. One morning around 9:15 a.m. there was a sign saying "back in 5 minutes." I waited and even went to Canadian Tire down the street for over 30 minutes. When I came back, the store was still closed. Tonight it happened again — this time with a sign saying "back in 1 hour." Customers shouldn't have to keep showing up just to find the store closed. If you advertise business hours, you should actually be open during those hours. Whoever is managing or supervising this location seriously needs to address this. If there is only one employee working and the entire store has to close whenever they take a break, that's a serious management problem. Either better management or more staff is clearly needed. This is basic business 101. People travel to come to this store, and repeatedly finding it closed is exactly how you lose customers. At this point, I won't be wasting my time coming here anymore and will be taking my business elsewhere. | ||
