| Im really disappointed in the service that I got tonight. Normally I would give this place 5 stars am a loyal customer. The employee sold me the wrong product at closing. It was a 4 pack of coils that arent the right ones after I confirmed the device I had and she reviewed my account history to confirm from previous purchases. I offered to get my device quickly from the car,but didnt end up bothering since had two other confirmations and I knew the staff were getting ready to close. Since I dont have to buy often I didnt realize until I opened the box in the car that they were the wrong ones. The employee met me at the door and then argued with me about the product. Not the caliber of service that I expected from this normally awesome location. Will def be following up to get the correct ones in the morning but it sure would have neen nice to get what I asked for the first time around without the drama (and the extra trip to Brandon) | ||
