| My boyfriend has been a loyal customer of this store for over two years, but after what happened tonight, he won't be returning. While parked in the store's lot (after hours), he was saying goodbye to me and briefly placed his drink beside him; not trash, just holding it while we talked. An employee drove by aggressively, honked multiple times, circled back, and started shouting and swearing from her car, falsely accusing him of littering. When he calmly explained the situation, she continued yelling and even said, "If you come to our store, I won't serve you." This level of hostility toward a regular customer; especially over a completely unfounded accusation, is unacceptable. You can even see in the attached photos how far the nearest garbage can is; it's clear he wasn't leaving anything behind. We're shocked and disappointed by how he was treated. This experience has completely changed how we view this store. | ||
