| I've been a regular customer at Moonwalkr Cannabis for some time now, but my experiences with one employee, "RK," have been consistently disappointing. Every time RK serves me, there's an attitude that's hard to ignore, and worse, he often gives me the opposite of what I ask for. This lack of care and attention has led to some unpleasant experiences for me—panic attacks are no joke. If you're in the cannabis industry, understanding and addressing customer needs is vital. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on better educating their staff. | ||
