| Walking into this place at 9:22pm, you'd think there was still plenty of time before their advertised 10pm closing. Apparently not. Instead of a normal "we're closing soon" or even a last-call courtesy, we were met with a blunt "sorry, it's closed" — nearly 40 minutes early. No explanation, no flexibility, just a locked-out experience that felt lazy and dismissive. If your hours say 10pm, then be open until 10pm. Customers plan around that. Closing early without warning isn't just inconvenient — it's unprofessional. It sends a clear message: your time doesn't matter to them. There are plenty of cannabis stores out there that actually respect their own business hours and their customers. This isn't one of them. If you don't want to deal with last-minute customers, just be honest and change your closing time. Until then, don't expect people to take your hours seriously — because clearly, you don't either. | ||
