| Recently bought a refill cartridge, and for first time it didn't work. Went straight back to exchange for one that works and was given nothing but attitude from whomever helped me, going to assume the manager. Mind you I was just there 5-10 minutes ago, didn't take a receipt so the associate Sonya threw the receipt away for me. They refused to exchange due to the fact I didn't physically have a copy of the receipt as they couldn't prove it was me who purchased. After some back and forth arguing about having no receipt/proof of purchase, they were able to pull up my recent purchases from the phone number given. Needless to say, no attitude should have been given as this is no way to speak to paying customers, customer service can be tough and I understand policies/procedures but when someone who's a team leader tells me I'm "SOL" and need to contact the manufacture is beyond disappointing. Do better Canna Cabana. Thumbs all the way down! | ||
