| I was served by two friendly ladies at the cash this afternoon who helped me find a CBN gummy that would work for my needs. The lady working at the back also helped provide answers to my question on what brands the zero waste bin provided by Purple Hills at the front of the store accepts (it accepts all). My experience interacting with the staff was pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Shout out to you all and the rest of your team for an excellent, welcoming, and pleasant shopping experience! Thank you, store management, for hosting Purple Hills' zero waste bin. | ||

| Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this store if you are considering purchasing from them. I came in to purchase some CBD oil however Nadia suspected that there may be some leakage in the bottle inside the package and offered to open it after I purchased it (and if there was, a full refund). Turns out there was a leakage, unfortunately. Nadia gave me a full refund with no issues and even apologized for this inconvenience even though it was probably not their fault and was instead a manufacturing or shipping mishap. Thank you for the stellar service (and saving me a trip back) had a purchased the bottle! Highly recommend these folks! Super friendly and helpful too for some other questions I had. | ||
