| Horrible customer service, based on my experience. Recommended one of the most expensive products to me and it was very harsh and gave me a bad headache. Called the store and they told me they can't do anything and if I wanted to talk to a manager wait until they are back from vacation. Threw out a $40+ vape. | ||

| Bought my go-to disposable vape from these guys yesterday. Defective battery, as it won't hold a charge. Called in and was told there is nothing he can do on a defective unit and he can offer me 5 or 10% off (he was mumbling). Worst customer service. This is why I can't support local dispos. If a product is defective, it should be exchanged. Will not be returning | ||
