| Hello! I always said I'd never write a bad review on a person as I too work in customer service and understand that sometimes, people can have bad days and that shouldn't reflect on who they are as a person. I've had the absolute displeasure of encountering this individual for a second time at 2 different stores now and I want to preface this by also saying that I am not and have never been a Karen. Today I am sharing my first ever negative review and I am posting it to both Discounted Dougall and Canna Cabana on sandwich west as shockingly this woman holds a job at both dispensaries. Now I am a small lady under 5 foot, and this woman was shorter than me coming in at probably 4'8 with curly hair, I don't have a name for the budtender that I am talking about but I'm sure the right people know who I am describing. I am a kind and highly patient person by all means of the definitions and I love to show my appreciation to the budtenders by tipping big because they have always been so kind, friendly, genuine and nice. However the service that I received a week ago at Discounted on Dougall by this woman caused me to not return in hopes of never seeing her again. I walked in at 7-8pm said "hello, how are you?" as always and prepared my ID as she asked me to, she looked at it, looked at me and slammed it down on the counter, her attitude was sour and she couldn't even muster up a smile the entire time. I asked for a minute to look around at the options on the board and ende .. | ||
