| The entire team at Fika in the Distillery District is amazing. You can tell the staff are genuinely happy, and a big part of that is the manager Angelo. This location has to deal with a constant flow of tourists, which isn't always easy, especially when people get entitled or offended over things like being asked for ID. I actually witnessed a staff member (blonde guy, super nice) handle a really difficult situation with someone who brought in a teen and refused to leave. He stayed calm, professional, and handled it really well. It's not an easy environment, but the staff here manage it so smoothly while still being friendly and welcoming. I also left a review for the Cannary location, and it's clear the same great culture carries across both spots. P.S. Thanks for always playing J. Cole and for letting me bring in my barky dog for treats and points 🙂 | ||

| The entire team at Fika that works between this location and the Distillery District is amazing. You can really tell the staff are happy, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager, Angelo. I often come in with my dog, and they're always so accommodating and kind. This location gets a lot of traffic in a small space, especially with so many students nearby, but the staff handle it incredibly well. | ||
