| I've been using Storz & Bickel devices to take my medication now for a number of years. I have the base model and in my opinion the product are made to a very high standard, which are easy to use. Devices are being updated as the years go on which shows signs that the Data the service department receive is put to good use. I have only dealt with the service department online and can say every time I have needed assistance, the service I received was excellent. A big thank you from me to all the team at Storz and Bickel and keep up the good work. | ||
