What started off as an unpleasant experienced quickly turned around!
I walked in hoping to purchase a specific product. It got busy pretty fast which led to one of the cashiers/sales associates calling for back up. 2 other employees came out to help and the person who assisted me was rude. They had a bad attitude and rolled their eyes at me before going to the back to check their order for this product. I left the store after they informed me they did not receive it to figure out what I wanted to do as I was extremely unhappy with the service they provided and did not want to continue being "helped" by them or whatever you would call that terrible customer service.
However I had hope. Once the line died down I went back into the store and spoke with Sage. The first thing they did was apologize for the previous employees behaviour saying there has been some issues with him. I thanked them for acknowledging that. It turned my whole experience around! Afterwards they confirmed that the product I wanted was not in stock and proceeded to help me find a different item, suggesting one that was similar.
If it weren't for Sage I would've went elsewhere with my money. And if I didn't have such a positive experience in the past from them I would've given up. Sage has shown me multiple times their incredible leadership skills and great customer service. As someone who also works in retail this is something I look for and they demonstrate it outstandingly. Thank you!!
