| Had a price match and the girl complained long enough that it went to 11 so I wasn't even able to get anything lol. Had she just did the price match instead of her long conversation I would've been able to complete the transaction. I buy 7g from here almost daily spending who knows how much and she's always been rude. True north beats their price matches by 5% so they can get the money now🤷‍♂️ | ||

| Price matching policy seems to change monthly, the only location that is always out of stock of the same products, and staff don't seem to be trained on all these new policies. I come almost everyday spending over 350$ a month, I will gladly take that business to tnc that doesn't mess with their customers. | ||

| This is the 3rd time I've gone at 10:54 and the store was completely dark. Some of us know what we want when coming in and can be out in 5 minutes… closing at different times every night based on staff judgement is a crazy way to run a business. Prices wise is also no where near competitive enough to even consider with this behaviour. | ||
