| It's embarrassing to even call it delivery. Ive ordered online and then I confirmed with a driver to text me when he's here at the time he arrived I was at the bath room but less than a minute of his last msg, I texted him and he was already gone and now I have to wait for one more day not worth any $ for delivery if I wanted to wait for 2 days I could order to somewhere with no delivery fee. FYI: Your driver is not always on time. For instance, he sometimes texts that he'll be here in 25 minutes but doesn't show up even later, which is understandable because of traffic. However, when I've already confirmed and still don't know exactly how long it will take for him to arrive, am I expected to always be ready? If traffic adds 20 more minutes to his arrival; I step away from my phone for just 4 minutes, how is that fair to me? Make it make sense. It's not the first time your store has postponed my order hopefully it's a last time. | ||
