| I recently visited this store looking for some products to help with my sleep, and I had such a great experience thanks to Anika Lee (AL). As soon as I walked in, she greeted me warmly and offered to help, which I really appreciated since I don't shop there often. She was patient, took the time to walk me through different options, and explained the products in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how she shared her own personal experiences and insights with certain products which made the whole interaction feel genuine and trustworthy rather than just a sales pitch. I left feeling much more confident in my choices and genuinely impressed by her energy, knowledge, and willingness to help. Customer service like that makes a big difference, thank you, Laura! | ||

| Wow, I really need to give a standing ovation to this place. I've been coming here for years, and every single time the service has been consistent and excellent. T here are always at least three employees working—whether behind the till or helping customers—which makes a huge difference. Every employee I've interacted with has greeted me with a smile, been extremely polite, friendly, and taken the time to actually help. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate that they don't just leave one person trying to do everything. It shows that management values both their staff and their customers. Tonight I dealt with Mitchel, who was fantastic. On top of that, the store is always clean and well-kept. Big applause to the team here—thank you for setting the bar so high! | ||
