"Give me your money!" The customer policy of Organigram (also branded as The Edison Cannabis Company, ANKR Organics and Trailer Park Buds) is one that puts the risk on the end user. Distributors of their product - such as Cannabis NB - are hands off when it comes to customer dissatisfaction, and defer all concerns to the supplier. If you get a product that does not work or is under weight, the Organigram umbrella of companies will tell you that did not happen. With a policy that tells the customers that the problem is YOU, not THEM, you're literally risking your money whenever you buy from an Organigram brand. They have a history of not providing what they say they are providing. The results have been well deserved, with legal and financial consequences. Maybe all this will come out in the news once denials no longer do the trick. This is what happened with their cover-ups of pesticide use and as well as lawsuits for other misrepresentations of product standards. Their misrepresentations have lead to the intervening by provincial Supreme Courts and Health Canada. Search Google to find those details. What you will find is a willingness to put public health at risk in order to continue to make profits. Great deodorizers... Loud candles. That is all I have to say about the products. But the company... If you are down wind, you regularly encounter a stench in the air. As though the product is magically made by removing odor from onerous things, so that they absorb odor when sent into the wild. Obvs not how it works, but bare with me... I find the smell nauseating, and actually have to leave my office whenever they vent their production into the air. I've asked for help from them, and have been entirely dismissed. I wanted to know their venting schedule just so I could avoid being at my office when they did it. Eventually I was forced to approach the city. The city responded in it's typical manner, and they redirected me to the company. Nice. I don't know what it is, and I know it doesn't affect a lot of people, but having to change jobs or move offices seems to be an extreme solution. Either let me know what you're dumping into the air or tell me when.
