| The store is nice but their online/in store system is in accurate. I ordered a Queen of Buds brand preroll, received a Thumbs Up brand pack and was told that despite the name and packing and flavours being entirely different that it was the same thing because it scanned into the system as Queen of Buds so I wasted $40 on something I didn't want | ||

| Went online to place an order. Picked this location and started my order. System refused to allow me to sign in and kept redirecting to create an account which I wasn't allowed to do since I already had an account, repeated attempts to send a password reset email gave an unable to send error message. Created new account with different email and placed the order. Get to the store to be told their online ordering system isn't yet functional. My order was redirected to a different location out of my way and in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. They offered to place the order for me instead of me having to drive all over except they didn't have a single thing I ordered in stock. Shouldn't have opened if they weren't ready to be open. | ||
