| I went to purchase a dab pen, but the employee sold me a battery without asking if I already had one. After stepping outside and opening the package, I realized it wasn't the product I expected. When I went back in right away to explain the situation, they refused to return or exchange the item. I ended up wasting an extra $15(+tax) on something I didn't need, which was really disappointing. I understand policies about opened products, but better communication from the staff would have prevented this in the first place. I won't be coming back and would recommend sticking to Session instead. | ||
