| I've been a regular at this branch for a while because the lady who usually works here is always friendly, welcoming, and actually takes the time to help. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was the complete opposite. The guy working night shift completely ignored me when I came in and even brushed off a couple of simple questions I asked. It honestly felt like he couldn't care less that I was there. On top of that, I wasn't even asked for ID, which was surprising. Customer service like that is disappointing, especially at a store I've always enjoyed coming to. | ||
