| Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience. On April 1st I received my pen and it never once worked or heated up a single time. I made sure to follow the directions and suggestions first but nothing worked. I have since reached out three times to support via emails and a ticket on the website and have gotten no response. Again I just want to exchange it for one that actually works. | ||
