| I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Tokyo Smoke Cambridge (420 Main St) this past week, and I can't say enough good things about the service I received. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start. She clearly knows her stuff and explained Ellevia RSO in a simple, easy-to-understand way that really helped me feel confident in my purchase. She was also very patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who combines knowledge, professionalism, and such a positive attitude. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere. Sarah truly went above and beyond, and she's a huge reason I'll be coming back to this location. Highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for great products and even better service! | ||

| Jack the store manager needs a vacation. He is clearly too stressed to do his job properly. It's a shame because his coworkers seem very kind. As a result of Jack's inability to take direct accountability, I cannot visit this store anymore. I will have to take my business up the street to get Quality custom care from competition. Wishing you much healing and only good things Jack!!! | ||
