Emma provided an amazing customer experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different buds and products, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. You can tell she genuinely knows her stuff and cares about making sure customers find something that's right for them.
Her customer service was also excellent, friendly, patient, welcoming, and never pushy. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Emma is definitely an asset to 7th Heaven, and I'll be coming back for sure!
