| Very inconsistent customer service, really depends on who you get, some staff members are completely incompetent. I brought a product back from purchasing it earlier in the day and the girl working didn't have a single clue. I asked for a refund because the product seemed faulty and found out she's unable to issue refunds because she was not a manager. Why would you have the only person working the store who is unable to perform anything meaningful for your customers? There are loads of dispensaries in the area that are cheaper and have better service. | ||
