| This was one of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I've had. We were repeatedly approached within minutes, told browsing wasn't allowed due to "LGCA laws," and questioned about whether we intended to purchase anything. I understand that stores need to monitor customers, but the way it was handled felt more like pressure than service. The tone came across as condescending, and we left shortly after without making a purchase because we didn't feel welcome. Definitely not the experience I expected. | ||
