Over the last few years of shopping here, for the most part everything has been great, staff was nice and friendly, I really haven't had any issues, so shout out to everyone else at Angus value Buds.
I've been shopping here since it opened, and spent lots of money on flower and cartridges. Generally I'd shop at the Angus store a few times a week and I'd frequent other value Buds around Ontario while travelling for work.
At some point within the last year, maybe longer, the Angus location hired a really heavy set girl, with unkept long greasy brown hair, glasses and usually has smelly breath. This girl treats customers like they are an inconvenience to her. She doesn't smile, act friendly or make anyone feel welcome into the store. If you take longer than she likes, she visibly and audibly makes her frustration known. This happened multiple times without me saying anything or addressing her bad attitude. I just kind of let it go, because, who cares if she hates her life, I'm just there to grab some bud.
I had to return a cartridge (shorted out error) for the first time ever. My receipt was a little messed up, the barcode was not legible or scanable but every other part of the receipt was legible. The first thing Jabba The Hutt told me, was if she can't scan the barcode then, "I'm pretty much out of luck". I calmly refused to take that as an answer because I bought the cartridge the day before from the Angus location, still had the packaging and receipt, plus I did ..
