| I was shocked about this service today. Product is far from fresh the pre rolls I bought were disgustingly dry. The guys knowledge was basically no help he had no idea what he was talking about when it came to some of the drinks, and vape carts. I would strongly recommend educating your staff about the products. The pre rolls I bought were garbage really old packaged Sept/6th/2023 dry weed from what I seen the area has other shops that sold fresh product, and had a better experience with products I was offered. Would i recommend this place for your choice? I would pass save your time, and money. Rating: 1/10 lack of knowledge about products was a huge red flag. Also the products not being fresh, dry and just a waste of money as well as the over all experience just wasn't for me. | ||

| If it wasn't for the guys in the next morning. This review would be 1 star. 3 stars for the two gentleman that were solid, and understanding when I came in with some concerns of my first experience I always give two chances first impression is the first chance second chance if they need to correct any mistakes or flaws in service is given because I strongly agree with opportunity! AR Cannabis is alright. My first experience was rather very dissapointing. I have high knowledge of products. That being said when I did enter the store that afternoon there was a gentleman working who was Brown I am not assuming his race as well as a asian woman. It wasn't busy at all, and I was approached very awkwardly. I do enjoy socializing, but being approached by both staff, and having them on each of my shoulders was not ideal at all it made me very uncomfortable. I explained if I do need any help that I will kindly ask, but I guess he didn't hear me. So I took a few steps away, and placed my headphones in my ear continuing my search for my ideal go to products. I had a few questions about a product, and was completely misinformed about the product. Also paying $30 for a single pre roll is a little high, but I had faith in her word of product knowledge, but unfortunately was met with a very different outcome I understand a lit about retailing, and having someone explain a product that they have never used themselves telling me things that are not relevant to the product itself t .. | ||
