| I had a frustrating experience here. My valid Mexican ID was refused, even though i been never had issues using it elsewhere. I was given multiple inconsistent excuses, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a trans person, I can't say for sure, but the interaction felt dismissive and possibly biased. I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future. | ||
