I had to leave a 5-star review because of Arman. He's consistently kind, welcoming, and always has the best recommendations. As a loyal customer for years, it's great to see Kiosk investing in such genuine, high-quality customer service. Arman truly makes every visit better, he's a real asset to the team!

Received a completely defective cartridge for $35. They are saying that I can't get an immediate refund or replacement? If they need to claim it with the government then that's on them but why should I have to wait for a mistake they made? Stupid policy.
