| Only step foot in the store one time and won't be back. I spend $500 a month on cannabis products but I exclusively use versus 1.2 gram carts and the versus jar of J's Not only do they not sell any 1.2 carts which are a better value, they barely sell any versus products at all and what they do sell is more expensive for Less product If you are looking for a supplier who will not only have what you need but be willing to bring in products that you use, check out value buds in waterloo. It's honestly worth driving across town for your product cuz you'll still get it cheaper even when you include the gas. It's pretty bad when companies stop listening to their customers and just shut them down saying, no we don't sell that and we won't order anything in. | ||

| I've been in here a few times trying to find the products I use. Everything they sell at this store cost way more than going to Value buds who also carries the products I like. In the end, it was cheaper for me to drive across town to Waterloo to get the products that I actually wanted that it was to just buy some random product off of this place. I've asked them multiple times now if they would be willing to bring in the products that I use, and I didn't even so much as get a reply. If you want better selection, better prices, and better service, go to valuebuds and avoid this place | ||

| So I go to value buds very often, about 1-2 times a week. One of the reasons I go is they have a policy that if your cartridge clogs they will exchange it for a new one. This is their official store policy, despite the fact that cartridges often do clog. I have asked them in the past, if they would continue to honor it even if it happened often. I was assured that it is their policy and therefore they will honor it. Because of this, I have continued to buy my cartridges there. On average, about one in six will clog. Since it is a policy, I have taken advantage of the fact and returned those cartridges when it happens. Today, the manager told me that this will be the last time that they honor the exchange for me. His reasoning was that he has exchanged several for me and he's not going to continue to do it. I confirmed with him that it is their store policy, and he said, yes but I'm still not going to exchange anymore for you. I asked if he denied that the cartridge was clogged or that it was their policy, and he said I don't deny it, but I'm still not going to do it anymore. So apparently, their policy is only their policy as long as they feel like honoring it. Despite having nothing but good interactions with every other employee at this store, this is not the first time I've had a negative interaction with this specific person. I will be taking advantage of the price matching at other stores in the future all because of this one employee. The fact that it is a sto .. | ||
