| Absolutely shocked by the service I received today, I've been coming to this store for over a month, on a regular basis, and for the first time ever I been refused entry because I didn't have id with me, I calmly explained that I don't care my British passport with me as it's my only form of ID and then a second staff member came to the door and with a condescending attitude still refused us. Telling me some bs that anyone under 40 gets ID'd. Well done to those staff cause now they last a regular customer. Not going there again !! | ||
