| It says online they open at 10am. Came for 10:30 and the store is closed not opened and no one is here. signs in their door say open 10am. been sitting in my car for an hour almost and still no one has shown up to work?? if store is closed or something should put up a sign or put it on website where hours are listed so people don't waste their time and make a drive over. They don't get a ton of business here and not opening during ur listed hours for sure negatively impacts business. Will go to Kocky dog in Keswick, happy to make the drive for a business that is open when they say they are. Even if there is a staff emergency you can say store is closed on the window for customers lots of businesses so this and customers will respect and appreciate it. Disappointed won't go back due to business being unreliable | ||
