I spent over $600 on an item, only for USPS to explicitly confirm that the shipper put the wrong address on the package. Despite proof that my billing and shipping details matched perfectly, DankStop has gone completely ghost. Their support is entirely unresponsive to my request.
Looking online, this is a clear pattern of missing shipments, misdelivered packages, and zero customer support. Using the USPS to facilitate this kind of runaround is unacceptable.
Avoid this company at all costs. Along with initiating a bank chargeback, I am actively filing formal fraud and deceptive practice complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), the FTC, econsumer.gov (for Canadian cross-border fraud), and the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division—and I will continue escalating to these agencies daily until I personally get a response from corporate management.
