Purchased a product yesterday, it was a burnt product from when opening the package. I had original receipt, product and packaging and they refused to exchange it.
I would recommend anyone with same issue file a complaint with Ontario's consumer protection authorities if you believe you were sold a defective product and the retailer refused to provide a remedy. You can also report a cannabis product quality issue to Health Canada if you believe the cartridge was defective.
Guess the owner removed there "lol" comment
